With over 50 years experience, our long standing relationships with Trane, Carrier, and other HVAC equipment vendors allows us to partner in equipment selection for the system that will best serve the application and provide the best long-term operation for the building. Excellent manufacturers warranties and factory training allows each of our employees to become specialists in their area, while maintaining an overall "team" approach to serve our clients.

Energy efficiency and lower energy costs are two of the main goals with Jacobs clients. Newer technology comes from several manufacturers, including Carrier, Daikin and Mitsubishi with their variable refrigerant flow technology, allowing for maximum comfort, minimum energy cost and low energy consumption.

These new systems have a small interior footprint with very little ductwork. Several indoor units are matched to one outdoor unit, saving materials and labor on upfront installation costs.
